Privacy notice

Deck is a new tool for sales presentations, made in Stockholm, Sweden. This notice explains what we collect on deck.deal and what we do with it. If you have a question, write to hi@deck.deal.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, work email, company, the size of your sales team and your message. If you email us, we also get your email address and what you write.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and book the demo you asked for. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell it. The legal basis is that you asked us to get in touch (GDPR, article 6.1 b).

Who else handles it

• Formspree receives the demo form and passes it on to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived logs of IP addresses to run the site and keep it secure.

Both may handle data in the United States, with the safeguards EU law requires for that.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking about a demo or working together. If nothing comes of it, we delete it within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. The fonts are stored on this site, so loading a page doesn't contact anyone else. When you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers that on your own device, and nothing is sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to hi@deck.deal. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
